With the rapid development of modern society,science and technology,the mobile phone has become a multifunctional mobile multimedia terminals from a mere communication tool,and more features are being developed.Bring convenience to people's lives and fun.Smartphone has almost become a modern tool essential to life.At the same time the smartphone also had a negative impact for the people that depend on the phone problems.With the use of mobile phones in the younger group,For senior high school student,the phone is important to their lives.Related studies have shown that the senior high school students use mobile phones in excess,which will cause mobile phone dependence.That affect the learning efficiency,and will have adverse effects on health.Therefore,the study relies on mobile phones is very necessary.Mobile phone dependence are addictive behaviors.The current research regarding addictive behaviors are mostly Internet addiction,a separate study is less dependent on the phone.And foreign scholars have demonstrated boredom was significantly associated with the phone dependence.But there are a less research dependent on the mobile phone dependence of boredom.This study investigated the boredom effects on phone dependent behavior proneness questionnaire,and the mediating role of meaning in life.In this study mobile phone dependence index compiled by the Chinese University of Hong Kong,Liang Yongchi,the students trait boredom questionnaire compiled by Huang Shihua,and the meaning in life questionnaire compiled by Shaw were used.Total of 435 senior high school student in Fujian province investigation took part in this study.The results turn out:1.Senior high school students' boredom tendency,sense of life meaning,mobile phone dependence were in the middle level,and there were significant differences in grades and genders.There was no significant difference between urban and rural areas.2.There was a significant positive correlation between boredom tendency and mobile phone dependence.There is a significant negative correlation with the meaning of life.3.Owning the meaning of life has a partially mediate role between the mobile phone dependence and the trait boredom.4.The intervention program developed in this study can effectively improve the sense of life meaning of high school students and relieve the high school students' mobile phone dependence.5.The group counseling program developed in this study has obvious effect in the counseling process,and has been recognized by the students.
