In September 2014,the state council issued "on deepening the reform of the examination recruitment system implementation opinion" documents,clearly put forward the college entrance examination to the specific requirements of the comprehensive reform in five aspects,includes the reform of the examination form and content,reform the enrollment mechanism,and start the pilot work for the college entrance examination reform.The reform of the university entrance exam has been launched since the implementation of the proposals.Each region has decided to start a new round of comprehensive reform of the gaokao,starting with the first year of high school in the fall of 2017.Example: since 2016,hubei will be the first,second and third batch of three batches of original undergraduate admissions is adjusted for bachelor degree first and second batch of merged,divided into two acceptance batches,only for the college admission to phase out batch accumulate experience,and create the conditions.Students volunteer to fill in the form of "professional + school".Zhejiang since 2017 full implementation of the test enrollment system reform in colleges and universities,also take admission in batches,implements the way professional parallel cast archives,application to cast archives according to the examinee scores segments,and practice "two basis,a reference model.The new round of college entrance examination reform,not only produces the baton effect to the primary and middle school education,but also has a great effect on the cultivation of college talents.Since a new round of reform of college entrance examination,is to restore the university entrance exam is the most comprehensive and systematic one examination enrollment system reform,its test methods,admissions,exam content reform,will bring college freshman group pluralism,diversity and complexity of change.So this paper,in the context of the new college entrance examination,analyzes the present situation of talents cultivation in our country,and studies how to develop the individualized talents.That colleges and universities should strengthen the talent training objective and specification,the talent training scheme,course setting,teaching process and teaching evaluation reform,in response to the college entrance examination,the personalized needs of higher education to adapt to the new group.In this paper,the main body is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part,this paper expounds the background,purpose,significance of this study,etc.Are introduced in this paper,by using the research methods,and the talent training mode the status quo,restricting factors and innovation and the cultivation model of the college entrance examination reform and the reform of college education and so on research present situation has carried on the comb;The second chapter,mainly introduces the secondary education and higher education of cohesion theory content,and in this paper,the main content of the higher education in the cohesion,and analysis of secondary education and higher education practical significance and long-term significance in the study of cohesion;The third chapter,mainly introduces the new college entrance examination reform,and the new college entrance examination reform,through the comparative analysis of old and new college entrance examination and its effect on the secondary education and higher education;The fourth chapter,through the interpretation of the new college entrance examination,analyzes the current situation of talent cultivation in colleges and universities,respectively from the examination methods,examination content and three Angle analysis of the college entrance examination enrollment system reform of the current university personnel training,and further pointed out that after the college entrance examination reform,the new group characteristics and graduates of the resulting just beginning,the pilot work went well,but still push the key of the college entrance examination smoothly for the support of stakeholders.
