With the rapid transition and changes of economic and social structure,the children in difficult situations who lack of self protection and self-care ability have become the focus of the state and society.Children in difficult situations not only need to face the survival predicament,and also the psychological predicament due to the lack of custody and care in the growth,especially the girls in difficult situations.According to the survey,the girls in difficult situations are lack of confidence,When they encounter opposition and emergency situation.They are also afraid to speak in pubic and lack of adjustment of negative emotion,and nearly half of them are lack of confidence in learning.The success and failure experience in the living and learning circumstances,observations,evaluation by others and emotion and so on will influence the formation of one person’s self-efficacy.Therefore,focuses on the self-efficacy construction of the girls in difficult situations,the author understands the overall situation of them by early scale measurement,and chooses the service objects.Then,the author applies the literature research and field research method.According to the analysis of the self-efficacy success or failure experience,vicarious experience,verbal persuasion,emotional and physical state,author intervenes the group activities based on the four dimensions,and to make it through the group intervention content or group strategy,thus answer the effect and effective factors of self-efficacy construction of girls in difficult situations in the group work method.Thesis consists of five parts:The first part is introduction.It mainly introduces the research background and significance,combs the relevant domestic and international literature,and formulates the research design.The second part is the basic background of the research on this case.This pare mainly describes the living conditions and self-efficacy of the girls in difficult situations in Y area.We find that the general self-efficacy,academic self-efficacy and self adjusting academic self-efficacy and emotional self-efficacy of them are relatively low.The third part describes the application of group work in self-efficacy construction of the girls in difficult situations.Firstly,the author analyzes the design of the group,then the performance of the members and team communication and atmosphere in the process of group work and presents the preparation,beginning,middle,late and end stage.At the same time,author presents the skills and reflection of the group.At last,author evaluates and analyzes the effect.The fourth part presents the reflections in the self-efficacy construction of girls in difficult situations by applying group work.This part mainly reflects on the theory and practice,and thinks about the strengths and weaknesses of group work,as well as the suggestions for future development;The fifth part is the conclusion.The study found that girls in difficult situations can have more try and challenge to experience success through the Self-efficacy promoting group They also can learn to correct attribution in the failure,and learn to transposition thinking.They can observe their companies how to success and how to cope with failure.Their companies’ words can persuade them to have more try.At the same time,they are more willing to express their feelings and emotions.In all,group work can improve self-efficacy of the girls in difficult situations,especially self adjusting academic self-efficacy and emotional self-efficacy.
