Exercise attachment and exercise adherence is an important psychological factor in sports,people now who take part in physical exercise consciously are expanding but few people can stick to exercise,the ultimate fitness effect is poor.According to recently research,there are many factors influencing the persistence of exercise.The research is also rich.But the number of studies analyzed in terms of attachment is few;This paper attempts to explore how attachment psychology develops and the relationship between exercise attachment and exercise adherence.Choosing the gym memberships as the research objects,this study randomly selected 300 gym memberships(150men and 150 women members)as the subjects,the literature metrology,interview method and questionnaire method will be main method dealing with the collected valid questionnaires,using correlation analysis,variance analysis,etc.,to analyze the relationship between exercise attachment and adherence.The results show that:(1)Exercise attachment has significant differences in terms of gender and age.In general,the elderly is significantly higher than the young,female is significantly higher than male;(2)There are significant differences in age and gender of exercise adherence,In general,the elderly is significantly higher than the young,male is significantly higher than female.(3)Exercise motivation is very important for exercise attachment;it is the origin of attachment;Building attachment can help you improve your workout persistence.Active exercise has a positive effect on the cultivation and formation of attachment. |
