Recently,the fact that it is hard for graduates major in hotel management of college students to find jobs becomes an obstacle to education and hotels.According to related data,the graduates working in hotels are about 30 percent among all.However,2 years later,only 20 percent can continue.It proves that the jobs graduates of hotel management choose has little to do with their major.Internship is an important part of the teaching plan for major of hotel management,while instead of improving the employment rate,it influenced them because the intern students are in bad moods of dissatisfaction,dislike and lack of confidence.So how the internship plays an opposite role in jobs for students of hotel management.This thesis will try to focus on and solve the problem.The author make use of ways of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to analyze and research on the problem.The results show that for graduates major in hotel management,instead of influencing their jobs positively,it results their departure.The main reasons are related with salary,job conditions,job duties.It tells that all the factor mentioned are obvious in their job choosing.Finally,the thesis will base on the results to offer some advice for colleges,hotels,students and hotel industry.This improves student internship satisfaction and encourages students to obtain employment in the hotel industry.
