The construction industry is the pillar industry of the national economy.The strategies such as "one way","urbanization","developing rail transit","shantytown and rural dilapidated buildings" brought since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China have offered good opportunities for construction industry to develop.The construction industry is the leading one in the 13 th Five-Year developing Plan of Guangdong Province.But in recent years,the number of construction companies does not match the economical status of Guangdong Province.By investing the government departments,industry associations,well-known enterprises,similar schools and graduates on the theme of curriculum development of construction technology in secondary vocational schools and by literature research and interview,this paper analyzes the current situation of the school curriculum system.For example,by analyzing the professional work process,determining the field of professional action,selecting the field of action,converting learning areas and describing the learning area,this paper designs curriculum plan based on the working process and evaluates its practice.This curriculum plan,aiming at training students' comprehensive abilities and qualities and based on the process of working task,subverts the traditional model of curriculum arrangement and reconstructs the knowledge and contents so to determine the learning fields and situations.According to the working posts and long-term vocational development,linking theory with the practice,guided by the working process,the paper designs a new and operable curriculum plan.
