The course of ideological and political theories,which have the mission of carrying out systematic Marxist theory education,is one of the most important approaches to performing ideological and political education for undergraduates,As well as,it is important to achieve the comprehensive development and healthy growth of them.It is well know that learning satisfaction of students is crucial for higher education management and evaluation.Furthermore,it is the course enjoyed by students that should be considered as the improving direction of political theory class.At the same time,the satisfaction index of undergraduates should also be considered in the process of teaching evaluation.Therefore,it is important that investigate the student teaching satisfaction on ideological and political education for improving curriculum construction and the quality of teaching.Based on Marxist demand theory and people-oriented ideology,the questionnaires of student satisfaction for the teaching of the course on the theory of ideological politics in universities are compiled after reference some literature.The survey is finished after investigate a number of students from five universities in the city of Lanzhou and the data gotten in the survey is analyzed by the software of SPSS23.0.After finished the aforementioned work,we have studied the present situation of student satisfaction for ideological and political theory class.At the same time,the countermeasure to enhance satisfaction is clarified.First,the connotation of satisfaction and undergraduate satisfaction is explained.In addition,the theoretical basis of this study is also explained.In a word,based on the Marxist demand theory,Maslom demand theory and the ideas of people-oriented,student-centered,this study try to know students' needs and satisfy the demand of them.Second,the satisfaction questionnaire is designed and investigation is performed to study students' satisfaction for the teaching of ideological and political education.After summarize the information from literature and interview,there are 7 first-level indicators(teachers,the attitude,contents,methods,skills of teachers in teaching,the mode of evaluation and the value of this course),30 second-level indicators and two dimensions(satisfaction and expectation)are used in this research.Meanwhile,investigator has studied Junior and senior students from five universities in Lanzhou.To our delight,the coordinate of satisfaction and expectation,which derived from the result of software analysis,is gotten consequently.At last,system analysis reveals satisfaction situation of every indicators.Third,the software is used to analyse the factors that affect the satisfaction of ideological and political course.And some methods,such as,single effect analysis of variance,independent sample T-test,was applied to reveal the influence,which derived from the factors of students,course,teachers and schools,to student satisfaction.It turns out that,the attitude and political status of students,class size and class time could be the reason that will affect student satisfaction.At last,the strategy that could improve students' satisfaction for ideological and political course is proposed.Based on the problems existing in reality and factors affecting the student satisfaction,there are three aspects should be considered to improve this situation:(1)Try to make students accept this course;(2)Enhance comprehensive quality of teachers;(3)Optimize the teaching process of ideological and political theories course.
