Since the late 1990 s,Henan universities and colleges have begun to train the professional master of physical education in the teaching field,and after ten years of development,targeted internship programs has been constructed,but at the same time a series of contradictions and problems arise in the actual implementation.Using the research method of literature review,interview and questionnaire,and basing on the brief exposition of the content and evaluation of educational practice and the training scale,objective and method of the full-time professional master of physical education in the teaching field of Henan,this papersystematically analyzes the educational practice's current situation of this kind of postgraduate.The conclusions of this research are as follows:First,with training professional and applied talents as a core goal,the five universities in Henan province all take such teaching approaches as dual-tutor system,two-way development,joint training and concentrative practice.Second,the training of educational practice of the five universities in Henan province covers the practice goal,content,plan,process,discipline,result,skill training and other aspects.The educational practice of graduate students mainly aims to consolidate students' professional theoretical knowledge of physical education,strengthen their professional skills of physical education and develop their senses of responsibility and work ethic,and it mainly involves physical education,class management and research and study.These universities all take the practice method of concentrated practice supplemented by independent practice.Third,the educational practice of graduate students who major in physical education of the five universities in Henan province mainly takes place in the first term of the second academic year and lasts for over one term.The evaluation system is made up of centesimal system and grading system and the result is directly related to the credit,but different school varies from the subject of evaluating internship grades.Forth,the educational practice of graduate students of the five universities in Henan province delivers a good result in strengthening students' ability for physical education and enriching their teaching experience,but doesn't do well enough in class management,the development of work ethic as well as physical education skills,and the study of professional theoretical knowledge.Most of the students are content with the educational practice,while 1/3 of them are not.Fifth,the educational practice of graduate students of the five universities in Henan province still has various shortcomings,including inadequate actual result of training before the practice,uncomprehensive supervision and guidance of practice,incomplete evaluation contents and unclear evaluation standards.For the existing problem of the professional master of physical education in the teaching field of Henan,this paper suggests that the five universities in Henan should normalize the training system of educational practice,and require the instructors both in and out the school accomplish a certain amount of supervision and guidance work of educational practice and keep records of the guidance,and after that,the universities should employ the method of random inspection and interview to supervise the teachers' guiding behaviors.The five universities in Henan should demand the students complete all the internship content systematically and specifically and do well in the collection,collation and preservation of material,which should be submitted to the college after the ending of internship as the important basis for the examination and evaluation of internship.The five universities in Henan should elaborate the evaluation content,method and criterion of all the evaluation subjects in order to make sure that the entire subject can successfully complete the evaluation of educational practice.These five universities can adopt centesimal system to assess the effect of internship,and explain the score and evaluation standard of all testing content in detail so as to improve the systematicness,accuracy and fairness of the evaluation of educational practice.
