Advantage Under The Perspective Of Social Work Intervention In Rural Children Practice Analysis

Rural children's growth will be affected by poor rural economic development,the negative impact of cultural level lags behind,and inevitably appear all sorts of problems,so the rural children's growth should be the social people from all walks of life's attention.With professional social work service technique,the corresponding theory as the guidance,through case study,group,community,social work methods to help rural children improve the corresponding problems,promote their healthy growth.The author participated in project of the service for the children of L county H village.According to sven goran eriksson's theory of personality development eight stages,the author divided the children into preschool age and school-age two age groups,and the preschool age children and school-age children were investigated respectively.Through the survey found that the early stage of the H village are lack of interaction with their parents,while H village school-age children in language expression,solidarity and cooperation problems.To solve above problems,the author,from a view advantage theory as the instruction,through the integrated use case social work,group work and community of social work practice methods to fully tap and give a full play to the superiority of the H village children resources,thus helping the H village children overcome the growing problem,promote the growth of the children better.Through the the interview,closely related to service inventory before and after comparison and analysis after the service practice,confirmed the effectiveness of the service.Finally,this study practice under the edge Angle to carry out the successes and shortcomings in the process of each has carried on the summary and reflection.And from the government,social organizations,social worker,on the perspective of social work services for the development of social work in rural children,the author put forward the corresponding suggestion,on this basis,hope that can offer reference for later scholars of the field.
