Improvement Of National Administration System Of Students’ Enrollments Status In School Functions And Further Usage Research

Administration of students’ enrollments status is one of the important issues of the schools daily management,which is also a comprehensive issue of the daily management job for its huge amount of information and long-term recording.With the promotion of Information Technology in various fields including education,student information management informationization has become increasingly high,and its application prospect is also more and more broad.Since 2013 the Ministry of Education of P.R.C had begun full implementation of the National Administration System of Students’Enrollments Status while till now(2016)totally all provinces had recorded the enrollments status of all students online and the administration system has been gradually forming.The recent administration of students’ enrollments status has been changed from the previous independent regional management mode to the global integrated management mode gradually.In this thesis,the most important work is to improve the schools function by aspects of data system,data application,extension application,users’ classification and application prospect of the National Administration System of Students’ Enrollments Status and to discuss the improvement of the system.
