With the deepening of education informatization in our country, the learning environment of primary and middle school students has been greatly improved, and the scale of young Internet users has continued to grow. At present, the problem of visual acuity of primary and middle school students is becoming more and more prominent. It can be seen that the occurrence of myopia has a trend of being younger and the detection rate of myopia and low vision is increasing. Whether the information learning environment will affect the students' eyesight, which is the concern of many educators. At present, the study of the network learning environment focuses on teaching effect, learning effect, self-efficacy and so on, few scholars pay attention to its impact on vision. Research methods are mostly used questionnaire survey, educational experiment, content analysis, etc. information technology are less used.In order to study the influence of network learning environment on students' visual acuity and create effective intervention methods, this paper analyzes the characteristics of network learning environment from three aspects, physical environment, resource environment and cultural environment. We choose 12 primary schools, junior middle schools and high schools in different regions as the objects of our study. First, this paper analyzes the correlation between the characteristics of network learning environment and visual acuity. Then, we establish the prediction model of students'vision level based on the method of data mining. Finally, we put forward the intervention method of vision and validates its effectiveness. In order to obtain objective and reasonable data, this paper uses a combination of computer vision and questionnaire. The method of computer vision works through the camera to collect the pixel distance of the interpupillary distance from the image, then convert it into the actual intervention of eye distance. Finally, calculate the average distance as the ultimate Internet access distance. Compared with the traditional manual measurement and questionnaire, this method is more objective and scientific. In this study, the method of Pearson Corretation and data mining was used to analyze the correlation between network learning environment and visual acuity and establish the prediction model. Three kinds of algorithms are used to predict the visual acuity, that is decision tree, random forest and support vector machine. The results show that the physical environment and cultural environment have great influence on students' vision. Overall, the prediction effect of random forest is the best. It has better prediction effect in myopia and mild myopia. This paper presents the appropriate intervention method and verifies its effectiveness according to the factors which have great impact on vision. The intervention of eye distance and network learning time uses the method of computer vision technology, combined with psychological education intervention courses, which trains students how to protect vision and get rid of eye abuse. The results of the intervention showed that the method can effectively alleviate the problem of students' myopia. It will guide students to use the network properly, and promote the development of network learning environment.
