| With the continuous economic growth,China's comprehensive access to well-off society,the major industries are also rapid development,requires a lot of skilled personnel.The construction of Staff is an important prerequisite to promote the rapid development of vocational education in our country.Secondary vocational schools need to strengthen the construction of teachers to cultivate the skills needed by the society.Therefore,it is particular important to improve the construction of teachers in private secondary vocational schools.This paper adopts the literature research method,the questionnaire survey method and the case study method,summarizes the status quo of private secondary vocational school teachers in Pingxiang through the data compiled and summarized by Pingxiang City Education and Statistics Bureau,It is found that the secondary vocational school teachers of Pingxiang City Construction problems.In addition that take the A school as an example and the teacher's questionnaires,student questionnaires and enterprise questionnaires were used to study the problems and causes of teachers' recruiting age,teaching age,title,education preparation,certificate and teacher training.The author started from five aspects as the teacher team mobility,the teacher access system,the teacher structure,"Academic-Practical" teachers,teacher training to make the appropriate recommendations on the construction of teachers in private secondary vocational schools in Pingxiang City.Therefore the author proposed to strengthen Pingxiang City's construction of vocational school teachers,improve laws and regulations,deepen the school-enterprise cooperation,establish a sound teacher access system,improve the teacher training system and increase government support.It is hoped that this study can provide some help for the development of the Construction of Teaching Staff in Private Secondary Vocational Schools in Pingxiang City. |
