A Study Of Xi Jinping's View About Ideological And Political Education In Colleges And Universities

Under the new historical conditions,General Secretary Xi Jinping,based on the practice of ideological and political work in colleges and universities,enriched and developed the ideas of Marx,Engels and the ideological and political education of the party's leaders,put forward a number of targeted new ideas,Assertion and new method.Xi Jinping's new view about ideological and political education in colleges and universities can be divided into three aspects: first,exploring Xi Jinping's new exposition about the ideological and political education subjects in colleges and universities,doing the ideological and political education work well,strengthening discipline construction of ideological and political education.To follow “the three laws”,adhere to “the four unremitting”,the implementation of the "three factors" and “four service” requirements.Second,exploring Xi Jinping's new expectations about the main body of ideological and political education: as for teachers,our general secretary,Xi Jinping,enriched and developed the “pathfinder” thinking of Hu Jintao,and put forward the new expectation about “four pathfinders”;as for students,Xi Jinping enriched and developed the “equal stress on integrity and ability” thinking of Hu Jintao,and he put forward the new expectation,“high aspirations,equal stress on integrity and ability,feeling & reason-focusing,new trails-blazing” for students.Third,exploring the new demands of Xi Jinping on the methods of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and we should analyze the scientific thinking methods and scientific working methods.Based on the analysis of the new ideas of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,this paper further explores the theoretical value and times value of Xi Jinping's ideas which are about the ideological and political education.Xi Jinping's ideological education is closely related on the pulse of the times,it is rich in theoretical content and in terms of current issues.Researching the Xi Jinping's idea of ideological and political education in colleges and universities is helpful to innovate the work theory of ideological and political education;promote discipline construction of ideological and political education and improve the construction of teaching staff in colleges and universities;to better realize the educational function,and promote the growth of students.
