Nowadays, all countries in the world pay more and more attention to the promotion of cultural soft power and the development of education. The key to the development of education lies in the teachers' teaching level. The state and the society pay more and more attention to the all-round development of students, the development of personality,the demand for teachers is also getting higher and higher. The teacher tells is embodies the teachers' knowledge, literacy and teaching concept. The purpose of this paper is to make a lot of Chinese teachers pay attention to the teaching of Chinese cooperative inquiry in the context of the new curriculum reform, consciously pursuit, actively explore, in the daily teaching process to continuously improve their teaching methods,and combining with the individual characteristics of its own,and gradually forming their own style which is suitable for students. Personalized teaching style, both teachers'individuality in the teaching of natural language, and is an important means to cultivate students' good personality, style of teachers on the effective formation helps each student can get progress and development, more importantly, it can help the teachers to improve the teaching work happiness.This paper is divided into five parts, the introduction part of the reason and significance of the topic is introduced, and mainly discusses present situation of the Chinese teachers' lecturing in the cooperative inquiry classroom of middle school Chinese teachers on the concept of style, and defines the concept of Chinese teachers lecturing style. The first chapter is based on the Huangpi sixth middle school in Wuhan as the object of investigation, to show views and problems of the current Chinese language teachers in the classroom. The second chapter is based on a large number of written materials and video materials,introduces and analyzes four middle school Chinese teacher style, combined with the case described the advantages and disadvantages of them on the style of existence; then, in the third chapter summarizes the law of middle school special-grade teachers about the style of the formation and development,and puts forward several points about teachers' classroom skills; finally,the fourth chapter summarizes the middle school Chinese teacher lecturing style to give us inspiration, help more school teachers form their own lecturing style, to achieve the best teaching effect to promote the development of students.
