Objective: Acute high intensity exercise is a strenuous exercise that produces oxidative stress on exercise loads.In this study,healthy adult males were used to study the metabolomics of plasma in different time periods after acute high intensity exercise based on nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)metabolomics,and to explore the metabolic activity in different stages before and after exercise The main purpose is to clarify the effects of exercise on human metabolites,to find the metabolic compounds associated with exercise,and to provide new ideas for studying the effects of exercise on human metabolism.Methods: Select the Shanxi University 2014 sports education boys 10(after screening to retain 8),full riding power bike 30 s × 3 / intermittent3 min,the load is 0.075 Kg / Kg body weight.8 hours after exercise,immediately after exercise,1 hour after exercise,1 day after exercise,1 week after exercise,elbow vein blood collection 5mL(except for exercise immediately after 1 hour,the rest all for early morning fasting blood)Labeled E1,E2,E3,E4,E5.The collected blood was subjected to1H-NMR detection by centrifugation,deproteinization and the like.Mest ReNova,SIMCA-P11.0,SPSS17.0 software were used to analyze and analyze and identify the differential metabolic markers.Result:(1)Based on the NMR metabolomics technique,there were significant differences in the metabolites between the human body and the metabolites in the quiet state after acute high intensity exercise.There were 13 metabolic differences(VIP> 1 and P <0.01)in this study: Including leucine,isoleucine,valine,lactic acid,glutamic acid,glutamine,creatine,carnitine,betaine,acetoacetic acid,glycine,glycerol,glucose,these metabolites in motion Immediately after the integral value of lactic acid showed an upward trend,the rest showed a downward trend.(2)There were eight differences in metabolic markers compared with that before exercise: leucine,isoleucine,valine,lactic acid,betaine,acetoacetic acid,glycerol(P <0.01),muscle Acid(P <0.05),these metabolites in addition to the trend of lactic acid up,the rest of the metabolites are still the trend down.Compared with pre-exercise,the metabolic markers were only betaine(P <0.05),and there was no significant difference between 1week after exercise and before exercise.Concusions:(1)In the acute high-intensity exercise intervention,immediately after exercise and exercise before the difference between the metabolic markers a total of 13 species,only lactic acid showed an upward trend,about 3 times before exercise,but can be restored.(2)In the acute high intensity exercise intervention,after exercise,the body's anaerobic metabolic energy supply system of the original system of phosphate,glycolysis system and fat metabolism,amino acid metabolism and other processes to produce a series of changes,and these indicators within 1week of basic recovery.
