the development of social economy makes the enterprise to talented person's demand growing,to put forward new requirements of higher vocational education.University-enterprise cooperation is of higher vocational and technical college to cultivate professional talents in the new period,strengthen personnel training and talent demand is important way of matching degree between enterprises,the domestic many higher vocational colleges are involved in the field,hoping university-enterprise cooperation pattern,promote efficiency of talent training,but for now,the overall operational efficiency to ascend.University-enterprise cooperation development in our country is still in its infancy,there are some room for improvement,shunde,foshan city,vocational and technical college is one of practice university-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges,schools of university-enterprise cooperation development practice has experienced a certain stage of development,and achieved initial results,but also encountered many problems in the practice process,such as the shallow level of cooperation,enterprise cooperation enthusiasm is not high,lack of innovation,make its struggling in university-enterprise cooperation.University-enterprise cooperation is the inevitable trend of the development of higher vocational education is vital for the survival and development of higher vocational colleges is.University-enterprise cooperation,realize the production integration,is the only way for the development of vocational education,vocational school is break through the bottleneck of running a large gripper.Study to shunde vocational and technical college as the research object,using the questionnaire survey methodstudyof university-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges,university-enterprise cooperation is meet the needs of enterprise technical persons bottlenecks in the new period and the essential way to talent training in higher vocational colleges,but at present domestic university-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges are widespread problem of enterprise participation is not high and low operational efficiency,this study from the perspective of practice,through the analysis of the theory of relationship between subject of university-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges and shunde vocational colleges problems existing in the cooperation between colleges and accordingly formulate improvement countermeasures of university-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges.Shunde polytechnic university-enterprise cooperation has achieved initial results,set up a face-to-face training base,set up industry and enterprises to participate in professional teaching steering committee,build the university-enterprise cooperation services platform,to build ZhuanJian "double type" teaching team,etc.,but the school through questionnaire also exist many problems in university-enterprise cooperation,cooperation between colleges and shallow depth,to improve the practice teaching level,enterprise cooperation motivation is not high,to improve quality of cooperation,lack of regulatory agencies,etc.,therefore,the research based on win-win mechanism,communication mechanism,evaluation mechanism and so on developed shunde polytechnic university-enterprise cooperation optimization strategy.
