As college students directly for sports and sports,school sports in addition to improving students' physique,cultivate the students' lifelong sports consciousness,but also learning in school physical education teaching activities in the main body,embodies itself in the process of teaching performance in selective subjectivity,autonomy,initiative and creativity,etc.,and these aspects of sports ability is needed by college students.Based on the current of the construction of college sports and health curriculum reform in our country is not perfect,and improve the ability of sports university sports and healthy curriculum system is the key of the contemporary reform of college sports work.Sports is an important means of cultivating all-round development of body and mind,is to address the students health,life and an important way for the future work.At the same time,because of the particularity of sports,sports can exercise the students' ability to have sports for a long time.Analysis and study of the university non-professional sports teachers and sports ability,help to the normal public sports teaching provides the basis.This paper mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,teaching experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,investigation of the present situation of University non professional sports teachers and sports ability,the results are as follows:1.The present situation of the non-professional sports teachers and sports ability: Exercise self consciousness is not strong;Organization and management capacity lack;Sports health knowledge and the lack of independent innovation;Low level of motor skills,physical education teaching activities less practice;2.The non-professional sports teachers and sports ability influence factors analysis: Incomplete single courses,the teaching content,performance appraisal is not standard,normal sex is not obvious.3.Training methods: changing teaching idea,change and increasing the curriculum,and rich teaching contents,changing teaching methods,reforming evaluation appraisal system.Through the combination of the college public physical education and the diversification of teaching methods to optimize the university physical education,the following conclusions can be drawn from the statistical synthesis of teaching experimental data:1.In public physical education curriculum in colleges and universities to strengthen the cultivation of the student sports ability,at the same time through optimizing curriculum teaching methods and theory knowledge and the interpretation of the publicity of sports ability,the cultivation of student's sports ability has a positive role in promoting.2.Teaching in the whole teaching content and optimize the teaching methods and conventional teaching comparative teaching experiment,students in the experimental group than the control group students have significant changes in sports ability,physical education ability,self exercise ability.Not only stimulate students in the learning process of students ability to teach better,more to strengthen the interest in sports activities,but also to strengthen mutual understanding and mutual cooperation between the students,to enable students to enjoy the fun of sports activities,and then lays the foundation for students' lifelong sports consciousness.3 Through the teaching experiment,it is proved that it is reasonable and feasible to develop the ability of physical education and physical education.The sports ability into knowledge,skills and methods not only enable students to engage in physical activity for itself has a new cognitive ability,can also use the teaching contents and methods of diversification to stimulate and improve the students as teachers how to teach and to sports enthusiasm and self exercise habits,finally correct the students attitude of public physical education,promote the development of Public Physical Education in normal university.
