Research On The Quality Management Of H University's Sino-Foreign Exchange And Cooperation Project

After the reform and opening up,China's higher education institutions start to strengthen the cooperation with international universities,especially in the21 st century,the number of the cooperation projects increases year by year.In such environment,we need to pay attention to the project quality and the problems induced by the quality management.Due to the lack of time and experience in the Sino-foreign cooperation of Chinese universities,the shortage of the theory and methods in the project quality management has seriously restricted the development of Sino-foreign exchange and cooperation project.Therefore,some in-depth research on the project quality management is conducive to the completion and the quality of the project.Meanwhile these results can also enrich the related theory on the quality management of Sino-foreign exchange and cooperation project.In this thesis,we mainly investigate the Sino-foreign exchange and cooperation project of H University.Based on the qualitative point of view,we analyze the relevant characteristics of the project quality management,and from the quantitative point of view,we state the results of the quality management by statistical analysis.The main contents of this thesis are as follows.Firstly,we state the current research situation of the exchange and cooperation project and project quality in Chinese and foreign universities,and makes a comment on the contributions and shortcomings of the research.Secondly,it elaborates the development of Sino-foreign cooperation project in H universities,and summarizes current problems existing in project quality management.Thirdly,the thesis uses the project quality management knowledge to describe the characteristics and quality management process of H University's cooperation project,and designs the quality management plan for the Sino-foreign exchange cooperation project of H University.Fourthly,we construct the quality management program evaluation system of the Sino-foreign exchange and cooperation project for H University,and give the results of quality management program evaluation through statistical analysis.The results show that in the three kinds of Sino-foreign exchange cooperation project carried out in H University,the quality management effect of short-term exchange and cooperation project islower than that of joint training project and double degree training project,and there is still a lot of room to improve the quality management effect of short-term exchange and cooperation project.The quality management program designed in this paper is more suitable for the joint training project and the double degree training project,which also provides a direction for future research.Moreover,combined with the project quality management program,we put forward the corresponding countermeasures and safeguards.This thesis provides some theoretical value for the quality management research of Sino-foreign exchange and cooperation project in colleges and universities.
