Cognitive psychology shows that the learning process of students is the process of constructing and perfecting the cognitive structure.At the same time,cognitive structure is the core factor of teaching activities,which runs through the whole teaching process.The primary task of teaching is to fully understand the cognitive structure of students.The study take the senior two students in The H middle school of Baoshan as the research subject,to derivative and its application of high school as the carrier,to cognitive structure theory as basis,to explore the present situation of high school students' characteristics of mathematical cognitive structure.First,the concept map was used to measure the characteristics of knowledge organization,knowledge quantity and quality from mathematical cognitive structure;secondly,it investigates the characteristics of students' mathematical knowledge through test volume which is an auxiliary tool of concept map to check whether the students have a good mathematical cognitive structure;finally,the reasons for the formation of mathematical cognitive structure characteristics of students through the questionnaire survey;and the corresponding teaching strategies are gave.The main conclusions of the study are: first,in terms of knowledge organization: most students' schemas are radial pattern,but the majority of students can't construct a network schema;Second,in terms of knowledge quantity: boys and girls was no significant difference,most students have a certain amount of mathematical knowledge,but the degree of divergence of knowledge is not high and the organization of knowledge in the mind is not strong;third,in terms of knowledge quality: the students need to strengthen the clarity and degree of mathematical cognitive structure;Fourth,in terms of mathematical knowledge,some students lack mathematical declarative knowledge,most students lack mathematical procedural knowledge,they can't form a production system,so most students do not have a good mathematical cognitive structure;fifth,the main reasons for students to form the cognitive structure of mathematics are: most students are weak in learning subjective consciousness and do not attach importance to the construction of mathematical cognitive structure;most students do not know the system of knowledge construction;students' mathematics knowledge is not comprehensive and lack a fixed point of assimilation of new knowledge;most students' learning styles and their representations are not reasonable,they do not pay attention to the sorting out and application of mathematical knowledge.Based on the above survey results,this paper puts forward four teaching strategies to cultivate students' mathematical cognitive structure.According to the teaching strategies,the paper gives four teaching designs of “derivative and its application” for mathematics teachers in high school.Through the construction of mathematical cognitive structure of senior high school students,we hope teachers will pay special attention to develop students' mathematical cognitive structure.
