Not only does the resilience of novice teachers in the induction have the great impact on the future professional development,but also it decides whether novice teachers will still remain in the teacher profession.However,the resilient challenges of novice teachers in induction hasn't been paid much attention and the inductive training hasn't been effective since the study on the teacher professional development started relatively late in China.Therefore,this dissertation is significant both on theory and on practice.Regarding the true life,resilient challenges and influencing factors,theoretical construction,suggestions and coping strategies of novice teachers in junior high school as the logic clue,the researcher has analyzed deeply on the resilient challenges,influencing factors,as well as coping strategies of foreign novice teachers through literature review.Besides,adopting mixed methods of interviews,observations and object analyses,the researcher has carried on three months tracking study on four novice teachers and one principal in junior high school and has obtained first-hand data on resilient condition,resilient challenges,inductive need and inductive support,which has laid a solid foundation for the theoretical construction on the inductive resilience of novice teachers.The stories of novice teachers happened in the induction has been written in the first person,including the first lesson,teaching exploration,class work,interpersonal relationship,and the conflict between work and life.Based on the grounded theory,the researcher has put forward three resilient challenges which are challenges of teaching,challenges of management,challenges of communication,and three influencing factors which are teacher attributes,environmental factors,teacher education.Due to the lack of indigenous theory of teacher resilience in China,the researcher has attempted to structure the resilient theory of novice teacher named“three abilities and three factors”,which is both the outcome and the process of teacher resilience.Based on the “three abilities and three factors”,the researcher put forward that the improvement and support of teacher resilient need efforts from stakeholders from all walks of life.There are four cooperative stakeholders that are responsible for the support,novice teachers being key subject,junior high school being second cultivation organization,universities and colleges being pre-service cultivationorganization,education administrative department being support.
