Under the background in the era of globalization,talent flow and communication has become a global trend,for the cultivation of highly educated,high-quality talent to become the development of the important goals of education around the world.For the cultivation and education of college students in colleges and universities also gradually to the internationalization,the human development.Teaching in colleges and universities of our country used to be "exam-oriented education",that is too much importance to college students to learn the theoretical knowledge,many different ways for the education of college students is the pattern of "cramming",education of the university education concept is the nature of materialism.In recent years,China’s college students learning situation worrying: college students’ learning goals are not clear,professional choice exists blindness,lack of scientific learning method,lack of interest in learning.Is ultimately due to the lag of teaching concept,teaching mode of rigid and teaching content of single.In this case,the teaching reform in colleges and universities must be.Modern education concept provides a train of thought for the reform of college teaching,at the theoretical level,the modern education concept has changed the traditional education focuses on the characteristics of the exam-oriented education,break through the bondage of the experience oriented content on more systematic,more targeted,endowed with the spirit of innovation,adventure and pioneering spirit and critical spirit connotation,shows the objective and credible scientific characteristics;In the operating level,on the other hand,the modern education idea in the process of guiding education practice more mature,inclusive,feasibility,the characteristics of continuous teaching in colleges and universities have very good guiding role.This article is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,introduced this article research background,through the research significance of this topic can produce,and generalizes the study of domestic and foreign,laid a good foundation for the research of this paper.The second part introduces the education reform in colleges and universities and the relevant theories of modern education concept,has been clear about the significance of education reform in colleges and universities,this paper expounds the achievements of education reform,the modern education concept horizon,the necessity of education reform in colleges and universities are analyzed.The third part analyzes the college students’ learning situation and existing problems,and has carried on the empirical research using the questionnaire,it is concluded that the college students in China learning goals are not clear,professional choice exists blindness,lack of scientific learning method,the conclusion of a lack of interest in learning.The fourth part of the teaching reform at institutions of higher learning in our country the problems and their causes were analyzed,and the thought of teaching reform in colleges and universities system regulation and inflexible teaching plan,teaching control continuous chaotic,elective curriculum teaching effect is not ideal,after all is backward teaching ideology,social policy system is not sound and the cause of the internal environment of the school health.Were put forward according to the fifth part from a perspective of modern education concept,teaching reform in colleges and universities,puts forward the ideas of teaching reform,teaching reform and teaching environment three aspects of reform proposals.The sixth part is the summary of the whole thesis,points out the paper research results and research is insufficient,and the future research are prospected.
