According to the statistics of National Mental Health Work Plan(2015-2020),the increasing number of mental patients in our country, and the high recurrence rate and high morbidity of mental illness, not only caused heavy burden to family and themselves, but also led to a series of social problems, such as accident maker, group poverty and rights protection etc.Convalescent psychotics, for their own part, are also facing serious difficulties; The long-term isolation from the outside world weakens their social communicative ability and lowers their ability in psychological acceptance; In addition to this, the low public acceptance after their discharge also makes it difficult for them to possess a good ability for social integration and disregard self-ambivalence before getting into society, which eventually led to social integration difficulties.Because patients in this period suffer from all sorts of either positive or negative feelings like self contradictory state of mind, secret happiness, worry and anxiety and self inferiority,it is difficult for them to adjust their contradictory mental state and hence build confidence for social integration. Therefore, psychological intervention in their mental adjustment is vital in the rehabilitation period.Theories of group dynamics hold that groups can wire individual motives and goals together, affect individual behaviors and promote the change of both groups and individuals by resource sharing;while the core of advantage perspective is the belief that individuals are born with the ability to change and to solve. In the process of study, considering the psychology characteristics of psychotics like self contradictory state of mind, researchers made a group plan to enhance their confidence based on advantage perspective, aiming to help develop the potential and advantages of teammates and enhance their ability in self psychological adjustment through group incentives. The study takes the patients of a mental hospital rehabilitation department in Changchun as research object, through the former evaluation carried out by the team, problems and needs of patients in this period are as followed: lack of self-confidence,self psychological contradictions and single support system.According to a series of problems and needs, researchers set up corresponding six groups: psychological state adjustment section, negative psychological brainstorming, negative psychological social circle, negative psychological prescription,I can,and looking forward to the future,to improve the patient's psychological state and psychological adjustment through group contact and help patients regain self-confidence forsocial return.
