In order to realize the balanced development of students in the multi-ethnic schools of ethnic mixed areas,the multicultural level of teachers will be an important influencing factor.As a typical ethnic mixed area in China,Muli County shows the typicality and particularity of multi-ethnic mixedness in geographical environment,ethnic structure and school education.Due to the deep river,the relative height difference between the valley is very large,Muli County belongs to the low mountain,medium height mountain and mountain landscape,the special terrain formed Muli County unique multi-ethnic characteristics.Muli County,a total of 21 ethnic groups,all ethnic groups have maintained their own unique religious beliefs,cultural customs and other traditional national characteristics.Because of the national mixed environment,the schools in Muli County are basically the situation of multi-ethnic schools.Not only the ethnic composition of the students,but also the ethnic structure of teachers is complicated.Through the analysis of the status of multicultural knowledge,multicultural skills and multicultural attitudes among teachers in the multi-ethnic schools in Muli County,it can be found that teachers in multi-ethnic schools have the same attitude towards multiculturalism Multicultural awareness of the emotional perception,but they refused to practice.In the aspect of the treatment of multi-ethnic mixed environment,they focused on the integration of regional,but ignored the national differences.In the aspect of multicultural knowledge,teachers ' knowledge of multicultural knowledge is obviously insufficient and they lack knowledge of traditional Chinese culture and knowledge to deal with the relationship between students' knowledge and national culture.In the aspect of multicultural skills,teachers have lower levels of mandarin and they lack of communication skills and their teaching method is single and multi-ethnic class organization and management capacity is inadequate etc.The reasons for themulticultural literacy of the teachers mainly include: occlusive natural environment,complicated social and cultural environment,missing multicultural training,the teacher's own cultural background and the limitations of the national psychology.The schools lack a positive communication atmosphere.In the ethnic minority areas such as Muli County,especially in multi-ethnic schools,in order to improve the multicultural literacy of teachers,it is necessary to build the Internet information channel and schools also should create a positive communication atmosphere for all ethnic teachers and students and make use of local differences in the national characteristics to cultivate the cultural sensitivity of teachers.Relevant education departments should make sure that teachers' multicultural training be implemented and pay more attention to national minority areas of education.The only way to truly realize the multi-ethnic teachers' multi-cultural quality to improve,so as to protect the full development of the national teachers and students and by this to promote equal balance of national education.
