The professional sports of China,after more than 20 years of reform,have made outstanding achievements.In professional football,professional leagues such as Chinese Football Association Super League,Series League and League Two have been organized.At the same time,in professional basketball,CBA,WCBA and CUBA have formed.After the series of reform and innovation,a market system also has been gradually established.Consequently,professional sports begin to attract increasing social attention.However,there are still various problems,which are impediments to the healthy development of professional sports.Numbers of factors have contributed to the problems.But this study suggests that the professional sports clubs? lack of social responsibilities for its stakeholders is one of the most important factors.Therefore,this thesis takes the key stakeholders of professional sports clubs as the research objects to study and analyzes the social responsibilities of the clubs.The research aims to provide reasonable and scientific social responsibility governance guidance for the professional sports clubs.Liaoning is one of the pioneers in the early stage of sports professionalism.In 1994,Dalian Wanda Football Professional Sports Club got first in the first competition season of professional football League A.Moreover,in the year,Liaoning had three professional football clubs took part in the professional football League A.In 1995,Liaoning participated in the first competition season of professional basketball League A.And since the competition season of 1996-1997,it had obtained the professional league runner-up in three consecutive years.In recent years,Liaoning Hongyun Football Club had achieved a better record in the Super League.Liaoning Hengrun Feibao Basketball Club won the CBA league runner-up twice from the competition season of 2014-2015 and 2015-2016.It can be seen that the development process of Liaoning professional sports clubs is typically representative.In light of this,this thesis carries out a case study on Liaoning professional sports clubs to investigate the social responsibilities of professional sports clubs in China.First,the research methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,interviews and mathematical statistics have been adopted in this thesis to conduct a research on Liaoning Hengrun Feibao Club,Liaoning Hongyun Football Club,Shenyang Dongjin Football Club and Dalian Yifang Football Club.Second,this thesis has elaborated the connotations of stakeholders,professional sports clubs,social responsibilities and social responsibility governance,based on which the research content is determined.Third,in terms of results and analysis,in accordance with the relationship between professional sports clubs and their stakeholders in importance,initiative and urgency,the questionnaire is designed.The experts are asked to make an order of the professional sports club stakeholders in the three dimensions.And then,this thesis categorizes the twelve types of professional sports club stakeholders into the key stakeholders,middle stakeholders and marginal stakeholders.As the key stakeholders have a direct impact on the development of professional sports clubs,this thesis studies and analyzes the social responsibilities of key stakeholders in professional sports clubs.In the first place,it determines the social responsibilities of professional sports clubs for their key stakeholders with the assistance of literature review and expert interview.And then the professional sports club key stakeholders are asked to answer the designed questionnaire to learn the performance status quo of the social responsibilities.At last,according to the professional sports clubs' lack of social responsibilities and specific embodiment,this thesis constructs a new governance model for the professional sports clubs' social responsibilities so as to offer a scientific and rational solution to the professional sports clubs' lack of social responsibilities.
