Since the 1990 s,quality culture has gradually attracted the attention of the education sector.From the existing research results,scholars mainly focus on the perspective of higher education,vocational education.For secondary school,the relevant research in this field is still very little.The research of teaching quality culture in secondary school is less and less.In view of the prevalence of secondary school teaching in our country at present,the quality of teaching is not high,the quality of cultural awareness is weak and so on.This paper takes the secondary school of teaching quality culture as the research angle,and applies quality culture to the secondary school teaching,trying to explore the development path of teaching quality culture in secondary school.The research of teaching quality culture has injected vitality to the development of secondary school.It can fully mobilize teachers' teaching initiative,stimulate teachers' sense of quality responsibility,regulate their own behavior,set strict demands on themselves,and put the students as the center to create a harmonious learning environment.So as to achieve the common development of teachers and students,enhance the quality of teaching in secondary school.Based on the investigation method,the author selects some secondary schools' teachers and students in Henan province to carry out this investigation and analysis,according to the idea of "status quo investigation-problem analysis-reason inquiry-solution strategy" to start writing this article.First of all,the core concepts of the teaching quality culture of the secondary school are defined,the four components of the teaching quality culture of the secondary school are put forward.The main contents include: material teaching quality culture,system teaching quality culture,behavior teaching quality culture,spiritual teaching quality culture.what's more,the structure and function of secondary school teaching quality is analyzed.Secondly,the author investigated the current situation of teaching quality culture in secondary school through the questionnaire and interview.The results show that the teaching quality culture of secondary school is in the middle level.But there are still four problems: the teaching quality culture of the material layer is weak,the teaching quality culture of the system layer is not perfect,the teaching culture quality of the behavioral layer is lacking and theteaching quality culture of spirit layer is missing.Thirdly,the author find out the reasons of the problems in the teaching quality culture of secondary school,and discuss the problems from two aspects: external factors and internal factors.At last,the author put forward the path selection of the cultivation in secondary school teaching quality culture.This article try to carry out the specific analysis from four aspects.The aspects are as follows: try to focus on the teaching hardware level facilities,improve the material teaching quality culture;improve the teaching rules and regulations management system to protect the system of teaching quality culture;create a good school style of study,standardize the behavior teaching quality culture;create a good atmosphere of quality culture,cultivate the spiritual culture of teaching quality.It is of theoretical and practical significance to improve the quality of teaching and the cultivation of talents.
