Research On The Application Of Data Mining In The System Of Determing Poor Students In Colleges

Since 1997 implementation of the "system" in colleges and universities enrollment system, with the rapid development of higher education and universities charge rising,growing problems of impoverished undergraduates, once become the focus of social attention.So the poor students that the development and research system is very necessary.Based on the existing student management system of a university, this paper puts forward a kind, of data based on data consumption based on the data of campus card system and the basic information of subsidizing poor students in colleges and universities, using data modeling, data analysis and data mining. Evaluation management system solutions for the school poor students identified departments to provide a scientific and effective management platform. Aiming at the problem requirement, the association rule algorithm for multi - valued attribute is improved. Thus improving the efficiency of data mining for the identification of poor students in colleges and universities to provide effective decision support.The results show that the results of the system are consistent with the results of the school analysis, which can provide scientific and effective decision support for the poor students in the school, whether the number of poor students in each college is determined or the recognition of the students' poverty level.
