Study On The Supportive Policy Of Entrepreneurship For College Students In Ningbo

Since the beginning of the reform and opening and the college expanding enrollment policy,and the number of college students has increased greatly,the employment of college students is in a perilous situation.It is an important way to ease the pressure of the employment through encouraging college students to become self-employed.College students starting enterprises is not only the lifeblood of economic development,but also an important way to alleviate the employment pressure and maintain social stability.But,meanwhile,the inadequate policies bring out many problems in college students’ entrepreneurship.In recent years,the traditional manufacturing industry in Zhejiang has been a great blow.Especially since 2008,the economic crisis has led to the strike of export oriented economy,and Ningbo with intensive manufacturing companies is bound to be a great hit.As a port city,Ningbo’s export-oriented economy has been hit,thus,to encourage and support college students to become self-employed,is an effective way to stimulate economic growth.At the same time,by improving college students employment can also promote the improvement of people’s livelihood,achieve more stable and harmonious society,and better urban development.Based on the national policies for the entrepreneurial college students,Ningbo government introduced a series of supportive policies.These policies are helpful to alleviate some employment pressure and solve certain problems,but some policies are hard to implemented.By organizing the government supportive policies for college students in Ningbo,and combining with the survey in Ningbo University,Zhejiang Wanli University,Ningobo Dahongying University,and other two universities,the author found the currently existing problems of entrepreneurship supportive policies: lack of systematic;lack of perfect policy of the funds assistance;lack of perfect policy for entrepreneurial education;lack of the relevant implemented support for the entrepreneurship policy.The author analyzes the inadequacy of the current entrepreneurship policies in Ningbo in this thesis,and compares them with those in other cities like Shenzhen and Wuhan.Finally the author gives the possible suggestions to improve the situation for college student entrepreneurs.
