Compensation system is an important part of human resource management in enterprises,and also the key to enterprises is to absorb and retain talented people.Private education is an important part of the education in our country,but faced with the fierce competition in the market,how to establish a set of their own and cater for the development of the salary system of private schools is the crucial point.Sound compensation system which adapt to the development of economic demand can help the enterprise stability in the long run.So the study of reasonable private school salary system is to solve the problems on teachers and schools and other issues,and effectively improve the salary system and the system,promoting the enterprises to improve the comprehensive competition ability.This paper expounds the present situation at home and abroad about the salary system and related theory,laid the theoretical foundation for the follow-up of the salary system reform.Then taking H private college as an example,through questionnaire investigation,it found the problem which reacted strongly to the salary system and draw the conclusion: reform can be imperative.From the contribution to society and the legal point of view,private schools and public schools are the same,school teachers should be treated the same as.But in fact,private education is in a weak position.From the teachers' perspective,salary and pension are far less than the public teachers treatment.As the focus of this paper,the solving measures are put forward to the existing problem of enterprise salary system on the basis of the relevant survey.
