Reasonable personnel training quality evaluation system could help students carry out objectively correct self-evaluation and analysis.The questionnaire,students'personal experiences and relevant datas showed that comprehensive scoring method was widely used in many colleges,considering students' learning,sports,extracurricular activities and so on.The acquisition of scholarships and honors was based on the comprehensive evaluation score,which was easy to achieve quantization operation.However,to a certain extent,this approach might arouse student' utilitarian heart,thinking that he should strive to obtain these certificates or position to get a scholarship and honor,to prove that he is good,but ignoring that he got the essence hoisting whether or not,or even doing anything in order to obtain the honor unknowingly.To help students have a relatively objective self-image,analysis themselves properly,and improve the quality of talent training in colleges and universities,through questionnaire investigation and consulting experts,determined the evaluation index of the talent training quality in colleges and universities,established university personnel training quality evaluation system,using analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the weight coefficient of each index in the system.Finally,evaluated students' quality based on utility theory,through computing the utility values.Thus,put forward the way for students' self-evaluation and introspection.
