Li Keqiang,premier of the 12 th CPPCC National Committee,pointed out in the "Government Work Report" that we should vigorously carry forward the spirit of craftsmen,cultivate artisan culture,fulfill professional ethics,advocate excellence,cultivate many "Chinese craftsmen" to create more World-renowned "Chinese brand" to promote China's economic development into the quality of the times.This paper investigates the students in the vocational schools of Shenzhen Special Administrative Region,studies the career planning of secondary vocational schools and the reasons that affect their planning.This study investigates the career planning of 338 students in Dapeng Campus of Shenzhen No.1 Vocational and Technical College.Through the analysis of the difference between the career planning of the vocational school students and the interviews with the teachers and students in the school,the author discusses the influencing factors of the career planning of the secondary vocational school students,and puts forward the suggestions on the career planning education.Through the survey of the status quo of career planning of students in Dapeng Campus of Shenzhen First Vocational and Technical College,it is found that the average of the dimensions of career planning is greater than 3.5,and the career plan of vocational school students is more positive and 54.5% career plan.In the five dimensions of the career planning of the statistical analysis,career orientation mean maximum,followed by self-awareness,job confidence,planning awareness,the smallest is the professional awareness.Indicating that the implementation of vocational students is still relatively strong.In the already career planning students,e-commerce professional accounted for 56.04%,indicating that e-commerce students are more aware of career planning and put into action,which is e-commerce students,Professional relative to the logistics industry for better grades,students are more through the way of recruitment.Has been career planning students,53.63% of the student accounts in Guangdong Province,Shenzhen City,indicating that these students are more career planning awareness,which most of them can not participate in the college entrance examination factors.From the perspective of population factors,it was found that there was a significant difference between male and female students in the current career planning.Among them,the employment confidence has a very significant difference,and boys should be significantly higher than girls.Career awareness and self-awareness and career orientation of boys were significantly higher than girls.E-commerce professional students employment confidence,career awareness,self-awareness,career orientation four dimensions were significantly higher than the logistics professional students.This is related to students,e-commerce students are mostly in the form of recruitment,and logistics students are mostly self-enrollment in the form of in terms of both the results or the quality of students,e-commerce students generally higher than the logistics Professional students.Through the analysis of the differences in career planning,we can see that from the perspective of family factors,it is found that the degree of parental education is related to career planning.The mother's degree is high school or middle school students.Their career orientation is higher than that of mother Big student.Family economy is very rich and family economy in general students in the career planning planning awareness level was significantly higher than the family economy is very difficult students.From the perspective of the performance of the school,the sophomore diploma selection of college entrance examination students' employment confidence is significantly higher than the choice of employment classes and uncertain students.Select the employment class of students with the lowest confidence in employment.The existing good grades of job confidence and career awareness are significantly higher than those of the average and poor students.The existing good performance of the student career orientation was significantly higher than the average student.As a result of good students have a greater enthusiasm,so in the employment confidence and professional understanding of the dimensions are higher than the average and poor students.Is the choice of their own interest in the high employment of students is significantly higher than the lack of confidence is not admitted to the high,not admitted to the high school and vocational school is more likely to work high school students.In contrast,because of their interest in the choice of high vocational employment of students the highest confidence.Has been carried out,is the career planning of students employment confidence,self-awareness,career orientation and planning awareness was significantly higher than the career planning students.Students who are planning career are significantly higher than those who have not yet had career planning.Through the investigation of the factors influencing the career planning of the secondary vocational college students,the author analyzes the relationship between the dimensions of the career planning,personal factors,family factors,school factors and social factors,and draws the conclusion: employment confidence,occupation cognition,self cognition,career orientation,There are significant correlations between planning cognition and influencing factors of four career planning.Indicating that these four factors on the vocational career planning there is a significant impact.
