Research On The Pioneering Problem Of Local University Students In Jilin Province

With the arrival of new economy and the transformation of the structure of the labor force,the employment of the college students driven by starting one's own business has become a new tendency of employment.Related issues of college students entrepreneurship caused great concern in the community.College students entrepreneurship related issues caused great concern in the community.Governments at all levels have formulated and implemented preferential policies for college students to start their own businesses,and colleges and universities take active part in all kinds of entrepreneurial competition.However,in this background,the number of Jilin university students' entrepreneurship and the success rate is not high.Jilin province is located in the northeast of China,and the economic development is at a medium level.The proportion of local colleges and universities is high.There is a certain degree of gap between local college students and key university students in professional knowledge,as well between in the technical level and entrepreneurial ability.This essay focuses on the entrepreneurship of local college students.This essay is based on the idea of "putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems" to study the entrepreneurship of local college students in Jilin and through questionnaires and interviews to analyze the current situation of entrepreneurship.On the basis of this analysis,combing the problems existing in the entrepreneurial process and key factors of the corresponding,some suggestions are put forward.The essay think the government,enterprises,colleges and universities,college students should be cooperated to solve the problems existing in the college students' entrepreneurship.In term of government,it must clarify the responsibility of the government,strengthen the quality of service,and expand publicity.In term of enterprises,they can strengthen the participation of enterprises and financial support.In term of universities,they should strengthen the construction of teaching staff and related curriculum.In term of students,they should take more efforts to improve their entrepreneurial ability.College students need many subjects to contribute to entrepreneurial success.
