The relationship between charitable donations and corporate performance has become one of the hot topics of concern to researchers.This is the era of the proliferation of online media,the public eye,if the enterprise too much emphasis on economic development,while ignoring the social morality,law,humanities,etc.,enterprises will not only lose the public goodwill and trust,will make the enterprise cannot get long-term healthy development.At present,most of the domestic and foreign research,more than half of scholars on charitable donations and corporate performance between the positive role in promoting positive,positive attitude.However,research has often neglected the relationship between charitable donation and corporate performance,directly affected by the enterprise's social responsibility,corporate executives' management level,decision-making activities,many factors.According to the theory of high-level echelon,the concept of social responsibility and the level of management of enterprise executives are often related to enterprise managers.The characteristics of enterprise managers influence the strategic choice and decision-making activities of enterprises.Enterprise executives' team characteristics can be objectively measured,including gender,age,education,tenure and so on.In the existing study,it is clear that,due to gender differences,women,whether from the cognitive,thinking,values,world view and emotional treatment,and men are significantly different.This makes the female managers in the corporate governance,decision-making may be very different in the enterprise executive team,even if not as a final decision-makers to develop decision-making activities,but as a member of the management team,as long as the right to recommend,Voting rights,decision-making power,will be able to varying degrees affect the final decision of the enterprise,thus affecting the enterprise's decision-making donations.Therefore,this paper chooses the data of China's small and medium-sized listed companies from 2013 to 2015 as the research samples.Based on the literature summary and theoretical analysis,through the statistical description and regression analysis,the net assets yield and sales profit rate Business performance at different levels of profitability of the representatives,first discussed the independent variable charitable donations on the impact of corporate performance,followed by differences in executive gender differences,the broad sense of the executive,including the gender of the executive group Gender differenc e as a regulatory variable to analyze the impact of corporate charitable donations on corporate performance under gender differences.Finally,this paper has the following two conclusions:(1)There is a positive correlation between corporate charitable donation and corporate performance.That is to say,corporate charitable donations have a positive effect on corporate performance(2)Compared with the non-female executive group,the charity donation has a more significant effect on the performance of the enterprise.
