The course is the basic unit of university teaching,curriculum quality affects the quality of talent training directly.The higher education of our country entered the popularization stage in 2002,in 2016,the higher education gross enrollment rate reached 40 percent,and the high education was nearing the popularization stage.The expansion of the education scale result in lacking of university teachers,teaching resources and curriculum quality decline,which restricts the improvement of education quality in our country.How to develop a scientific curriculum quality standard,and quality the objective evaluation of course? This is the most concern to the university management,teachers and even the social issues.Therefore,analysis the factors of affecting the curriculum quality deeply,select quality dimension scientifically,establish a course quality evaluation index system,and guide the teachers to improve their teachings work,has certain practical significance to improve the quality of the course.This paper uses literature analysis,empirical research method,interview method and Delphi method,and view the quality of university course as the research object,in order to establish a comprehensive measure of course quality standards that can improve the quality of curriculum.This paper builds an evaluation index system of the university curriculum quality,and applies it to evaluate A university's course quality.According to the diagnosis of curriculum quality evaluation system of curriculum quality problem,this paper puts forward some recommendations that can improve and enhance the quality of university curriculum and it will have certain practical significance.Firstly,this paper,through analyzing the present situation at home and abroad,analyzes the deficiency of the research and the evaluation index system of the existing university curriculum,and puts forward the research problems that establishing a comprehensive and measurable university course quality evaluation index system,and defines the concept of university curriculum and university curriculum evaluation.Secondly,from the total quality management theory and curriculum evaluation theory,this article explains the theoretical basis for the quality evaluation index system of university curriculum construction,which lays the foundation for further comprehensive and scientific establishment of the index system.In order to establish the evaluation index system,this paper analysis the main factors which are affecting the quality of courses,such as teachers' quality,teaching process and curriculum resources.Under the guidance of scientific,testability,independence and universal principles,the article constructs the evaluation index system and evaluation standard of university,and according to experts and student interviews,improves the indicators,moreover,the article uses Delphi method to establish the index system of weights at all levels.To verify the reliability and validity of the system,this paper takes A university as an example for the empirical analysis.Firstly,send the rating forms to experts,and recycle from course score;secondly,use the excel software and SPPS analyses to discrete degree course grades to test the reliability of the system;thirdly,compare the quality of the curriculum evaluation of expert evaluation scores with expert evaluation scores in nearly three years and A university student evaluation scores to test the validity of the index system;finally,conduct the single factor analysis of the curriculum quality evaluation result in order to judge A college course quality problems,and put forward improvement suggestions to improve the quality of university curriculum in our country.
