Reading teaching is the main task of middle school Chinese teaching,which is an important means to improve the reading ability of middle school students.Students’ reading ability is the core of students’ language literacy.However,the current teaching of Chinese reading is not optimistic,such as High Consumption Inefficient phenomenon,teachers are difficult to teach,students are afraid to learn.In this paper,education and educational psychology as the starting point,and strive to meet a student reading learning psychological law of reading teaching methods.Schema theory under the guidance of language reading teaching students to meaningful learning based on the structure of knowledge and experience in the past on the basis of students in the new reading experience,the previous knowledge of many of the ideas often play a guiding role,and some Because of the lack of knowledge reserves in the past,students can only cope with the new reading study,it is difficult to achieve the goal of cultivating their reading ability.Schema theory to guide the language teachers in reading teaching to fully consider the students’ cognitive structure and cognitivelevel,student-oriented,individualized,so this study is necessary.This paper can be divided into four parts,the introduction is the first part,and specifically divided into the problem proposed,research status,research value,research methods.The second part of this paper mainly introduces the relationship between schema theory and junior middle school reading teaching.The first section mainly introduces the origin and development of schema theory and the concept,characteristics and functions of schema.In the second section,the present situation of the current teaching is introduced from the aspects of teacher teaching and student learning through the questionnaire.The application of schema theory to the teaching of junior middle school Chinese reading is mainly due to the fact that schema theory reveals the intrinsic mechanism of reading comprehension process and can help students to establish a good cognitive structure.The third part of this paper puts forward the idea of using the schema theory to guide the teaching practice,which is divided into three parts: the knowledge construction of the language teacher,the application of the teaching strategy and the teaching process.In the last part of this paper under the guidance of schema theory,the PEP eight grade Lao Wang lesson and the teaching of grade eight Zui Weng Ting Ji lesson demonstratedmodern teaching design.Read the teaching demonstration,and explain the teaching design.
