The proposal of “Made in China 2025” puts forwards great need for high-level technical talents.As the main front of where those talents come from,higher vocational and technical schools in China,all start to implement Modern Apprenticeship by forced or spontaneity,in order to survive and boom.Though the development of Modern Apprenticeship in different schools are totally different,but they all have to face challenges from time to time.Due to social culture,policy and financial resources,human resources,many higher vocational and technical schools in our country still use same teaching evaluation system,teaching method,curriculum system,teaching way and process,even student management system with general higher education at present.General higher education institution plays a unique role of cultivation and selection of high quality technical personnel.however,the modern apprenticeship in the teaching activities,should form a unique but relatively stable systematic professional teaching mode,to make it different from general education mode.Overseas and home experiences reveal that modern apprenticeship are different in the depth of cooperation,but the main party of apprenticeships can be roughly divided into three participators: schools,enterprises and governments.We need to think about this kind of trilateral relations,which one is given priority and as main main body of Modern Apprenticeship in teaching process? or they should keep balanced? How to ensure the teaching content's cohesion and integration? How to attract more enterprises involved in Modern Apprenticeship? how to teach and learn in enterprise that can ensure harvesting talent bonuses and not go into the formalized university-enterprise cooperation erroneous zone again? What can government do to promote the popularization of modern apprenticeship?This study based on the theory of tacit knowledge,new vocationalism and Tao Xingzhi's education view of "doctrine of collective benefit,aims to a comprehensive understanding the development history and current situation of apprenticeship.Then I use the experience of other countries and a case study of auto repair teaching courses for reference Respectively.My purpose is to build a modern apprenticeship teaching model basic framework.To achieve this object,the present study using literature research and case studies on issues related to the study.The first will introduce the development history and current situation of apprenticeship and the necessity and feasibility of the implement of Modern Apprenticeship in China has been revealed.The second will analyze some classification of Modern Apprenticeship in Germany,Australia,North America and Singapore.The third section will base on the research to specific Modern Apprenticeship auto repair kind of teaching model in a case study in order to identify Modern Apprenticeship practice problems and challenges.The last section will demonstrate how Modern Apprenticeship can be used to develop vocational education,my recommendations will cover five points: teaching program,content of courses,teaching methods,teaching venues and teaching evaluation.
