The training of teaching assistants in medical colleges and universities is a scientific,reasonable,systematic and standardized training.Through training to help assistants consolidate education,teaching and professional knowledge,improve their basic ability of education and teaching,then become a qualified lecturer.Standardized teacher training is an effective means to improve the ability of teaching assistants and to build "high-quality and innovative" teachers,which is a powerful indemnification of enhancing school's core competitiveness.The evaluation index system of training is the standard of training,it is an effective means to examine the implementation of training content,it is an important factor to test whether the assistant training is effective and meaningful.Therefore,in the era of rapid development of higher medical education,it is necessary to explore the competency characteristics of lecturers,to construct scientific and reasonable training evaluation index system,to promote the construction of high-level teachers in medical colleges and universities.The research of Construction of Evaluation Index System for Standardized Training of Teaching Assistant in Medical College comply with the paradigm of mix research.This research used a combination of Literature,Delphi method,Interview surveys and Analytic Hierarchy Process completed 3 studies: First,the assessment tool developed by the literature analysis and expert interviews,forming a The Evaluation Index of Standardized Training of Teaching Assistant in Medical College to determine the specific direction and content of training assessment;at the same time,forming the A Survey Questionnaire on the Evaluation Index System of Standardized Training of Teaching Assistant in Medical College,launched to 24 professors;forming the A Questionnaire on the Evaluation Index System of Standardized Training of Teaching Assistant in Medical College,launched to 400 professors who are familiar with theteaching of the assistant teaching.Second,survey data analysis,after organized the survey data,using Analytic Hierarchy Process and the average method to evaluate the weight of the assessment index and the rationality of the assessment index system.Third is countermeasures,according to the interview and survey results,presented three optimization strategies.The study found that: constructed The Standardized Training Evaluation Index System of Teaching Assistant in Medical Colleges and Universities,which is including four primary indicators,11 secondary indicators,and 35 three indicators;clear-cut the weight of the assessment indicators,assessment indicators can be measured,the operability of training can be improved;through the interviews and the survey results,the author summarizes the optimization strategies in the latter training,and it needs form three aspects efforts:training authorities,mentors and trainers...
