The Factors Affecting The Artistic Expression Of Fancy Soft Ball And Its Training Methods

Fancy Soft Ball is an emerging traditional sport event which is a fusion of technology and art of high artistic value.Its characteristic is that it is accompanied by music with the racket dribble.And it is a demonstration sport in the flow of different sizes of the circle without pausing,folding and linear motion.With the gradual development of fancy Soft ball,the event of it has also increased.But in the artistic-value aspect,it is unsatisfactory.If the expression of the ball is ignored,it is likely to further affect its promotion in the future.Therefore,this study is based on the sustainable development of the ball and explores the potential artistic expression of athletes,then constantly improves athletes' comprehensive competitive strength,in order to provide better training for theoretical and practical reference of the ball.In this study,the research objects are the factors affecting the artistic expression of fancy Softball and its training methods.The participants are Xi'an Institute of Physical Education students,the ball enthusiasts of social organizations and coaches of the Aobo Long Co.,Ltd.for the survey.This paper uses the method of documentary,expert interviews,questionnaire survey method,image data,and data statistics to summarize the countermeasures that affect the expression of the ball.Then the research indicates:Fancy Soft ball is a sport that refers to one or more athletes accompanied by the music,hold ball racket to complete different sizes of circle as the technical characteristics,then constitute various types and difficulty levels,the core of the action is the circle,and there is no pause and other action to complete the elegant and fluent movements.The artistic expression of the fancy Soft ball is that within the scope of the rules,the practitioner uses such external expression ways to express their feelings by music like the special skills,organization,body languages,facial expressions and so on.So the practitioner may get the favor of the audience and the referees and produce the same emotional ability that is the unity of the inner spirit of temperament and external action performance.The influence factors of artistic expression of fancy Soft ball can be divided into two aspects: subjective factors and objective factors.Subjective factors mainly contain the special ability,music accomplishment,action design and organization,clothing collocation,psychological quality and cultural enrichment;Objective factors contain the comprehensive quality of the coaches,training methods and the rules of the contest.In view of the influencing factors of the artistic expression of fancy Soft ball,the following four training methods are put forward: to enhance the special technical training of athletes;to improve the artistic accomplishment of ball players;to improve the comprehensive quality of ball players;to enhance the teaching ability of coaches.
