Purpose1.To know the status of emploees' subjective well-being,and probe into the impact factors of Emploee's Subjective well-being.2.To probe into that Positive Psychological Intervention effects the level of emploees' subjective well-being,psychological capital and organizational commitment.Methods1.Research studyUsing Psychological Capital Questionnaire,Organizational Commitment Questionnaire and General Well-Being Schedule,test a random sample of 605 emploees from an education organization in Beijin to know the present status of emploees' subjective well-being and the influence factors of subjective well-being.2.Intervention studyBased on the data of research,a group of 38 emploees was randomly extracted as the intervention group.They were taught by Positive Psychological Intervention for six lessons,90-120 minutes per time.The control group was not given any intervention.When the intervention was over,the control group will be received some materials of teaching.3.MeasurementUsing Psychological Capital Questionnaire,Organizational Commitment Questionnaire and General Well-Being Schedule,the emploees were tested at pre-test,after intervention and after a month later,then,analysis the data by repeated measurement analysis of variance.Results1.Survey findingsThe total score of emploees' Subjective well-being is 79.91±14.274.No significant difference quantity was found in gender and years of working.There were significant differences in age on the level of emploees' subjective well-being(F=16.440,p<0.01),among them,the 40 and above group(89.51±12.395)is the highest,while the 20-30 group(77.51±13.770)is the lowest.The difference among education background is significant(F=2.914,p<0.05),among them,the high school group(83.22±12.914)is the highest,while the junior high school and below group(76.84±16.458)is the lowest.The difference on marital status is significant(F=10.671,p<0.01),among them,the divorced or widowed group(89.45±10.270)is the highest,while the unmarried group(77.70±14.130)is the lowest.Emploees' psychological capital and organizational commitment have a significant correlation with psychological capital and organizational commitment also can predict subjective well-being.2.Intervention study resultsUsing repeated measures analysis of variance,and analyze the data of pre-test,immediate post-test and delay post-test,the results were found: the total score of subjective well-being,the total score of psychological capital,and the total score of organizational commitment have significant difference between treatments,the role of the factor of time and the interaction between them.The satisfaction interests of life have significant difference on trends over treatment(F=6.494,p<0.05),time(F=14.947,p<0.01),and the interaction between treatment and time treatment(F=8.025,p<0.01).The score of energy is significant on trends over treatment(F=13.869,p<0.01),time(F=11.316,p<0.01),and the interaction between treatment and time treatment(F=5.299,p<0.01).The score of depression and pleasant mood is significant on trends over treatment(F=14.148,p<0.01),time(F=7.094,p<0.01),and the interaction between treatment and time treatment(F=4.531,p<0.05).The score of relaxation and tension is significant on trends over treatment(F=9.269,p<0.01),time(F=11.288,p<0.01),and the interaction between treatment and time treatment(F=6.942,p<0.01).Further comparisons revealed: the score of subjective well-being,psychological capital and organizational commit mention the test group's immediate post-test and delayed post-test was significantly higher than pre-test.Conclusions1.Emploees' psychological capital and organizational commitment are the influence factors of emploees' subjective well-being.2.Emploees' subjective well-being is medium level.should be improved later.Significant differences were found in age,education background,marital status and years of working.3.Positive psychological intervention has an effect on improving emploees' subjective well-being,psychological capital and organizational commitment.
