Research Of Optimization Of Student Volunteer Service Management In Quanzhou Public Higher Vocational Colleges

Voluntary service has been a trend and fashion since the launch of China Youth Volunteer Action by the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League in 1993.Public vocational college volunteers have become an important part of college students' volunteer and played an important role in it.Nowadays,volunteer service in public vocational college involves a wide range of areas,including environmental protection,large-scale events,community volunteers and other public welfare activities.And college students also show great enthusiasm in volunteer service.Of course,there are still many problems in the development of volunteer service,such as lack of professional volunteer team,lack of vitality of volunteer organizations,lack of incentive system and so on.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the management of college students' volunteer service,to make it develop more standardized and orderly.This paper reviews the development situation of public higher vocational college volunteer service comprehensively,summarizes the achievements and experiences,makes objective and positive evaluation on the volunteer service by the analysis of data obtained by questionnaires taking volunteers service in Quanzhou public higher vocational colleges as an example.In addition,this paper put forwards advice to improve the volunteers' service in these colleges based on the analysis of the problems and the causes of these problems in the volunteers service deeply and the valuable experience from American colleges which have a more perfect service system.This paper establishes a system of volunteer service in public vocational colleges with Chinese characteristics combing with our country's situation and the experience from American on deep analysis of the status quo of volunteer service in public vocational colleges with characteristics of the era of college students.Therefore,this thesis focuses on how to improve the volunteer service management with Chinese characteristics in public higher vocational college.Additionally,it also explores how to contribute to the all-round development of college students and the construction of social harmony by the volunteer service.
