Research On The Sports Culture Of The City Square From The Perspective Of National Fitness

City Square is a city of cultural,economic and political activities,with the development of society and economy,the use of mass sports Plaza has gradually evolved into an important symbol of the vitality of the city and the city spiritual civilization,and the construction of city square has become an important content of city construction strategy of our country,at the same time as people for the spiritual and cultural needs of the rising,the city square naturally became the main place for people to carry out fitness and entertainment activities,China has a large population,the existing stadiums in the environment or the construction of sports facilities are equipped with are still unable to fully meet the needs of the masses to participate in sports activities,and with the sports culture of continuous improvement,people demand in the city square,the square sports activities become amateur life choice.This study is based on a long history and culture and modern development of "two oriented society" the harmonious development of the city of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan,using the method of literature,interview method,observation method,questionnaire survey method,logical analysis method of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan area(including the city square scenery belt along the Yangtze River)of sports culture the investigation and study,aiming at the Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan area(including the scenery belt along the river)the shortcomings of present situation of sports culture and city square and puts forward corresponding measures,the promotion and popularization of large square sports culture of Changsha Zhuzhou Xiangtan City,has certain reference value for the relevant functional departments of the government to develop city public fitness square sports culture service policy.The results showed that:1,from the material culture,Zhuzhou design space planning perfect tan square,the square can carry out a series of sports cultural activities;the square of the surrounding buildings and the green belt of better management.2,from the culture square,to participate in the sports and culturalactivities in the population is mostly in the elderly,women;occupation to business unit personnel,business unit personnel and teachers,private owners of staff;standard of activity time,frequency,intensity,most can achieve physical fitness and sports activities on the square;participation is voluntary and spontaneous organizations;activities in various forms,has changed the traditional form of walking,square dance class,fitness dance,ballroom dance and "micro horse" and more sports popularity,gradually entered the ranks of the national fitness sports.3,from the spiritual and cultural,people become more and more intense awareness of participation in activities,in addition to strengthening the awareness of fitness,but also to promote physical fitness,prevention of physical and mental diseases,improve their social skills,and so on.The shortcomings are as follows: 1,There are no symbolic,specialized and representative sports sculptures in the squares and along the river scenery.2,each square sports facilities are not complete,very few along the river scenery with fitness equipment area,the site area is very small,contain the exercise crowd is not much.3,the lack of professional social sports guidance team building and its coaches.4,the management system of the city square and square sports is not perfect enough by the government and its administrative departments.5,the support facilities and logistics services lack of protection.
