The quality view plays an oriented,fundamental and general role in the development of full-time professional master's education.Quality is the lifeline of graduate education,quality view reflects the value orientations and the quality demands of different stakeholders.As the core stakeholder of full-time professional master's education,full-time professional master's students have their own value orientation and quality demands,and their reasonable interest demands should be concerned and satisfied even more.This study randomly selected 20 full-time professional master's graduates from a research-oriented university in South China.Through semi-structured interviews,We knew their cognition about the professional and the academic of the professional master's education,to analyze their value orientation.on the other hand,we introduce three variables from ACSI model of customer satisfaction theory: customer expectations,perceived quality,customer satisfaction,to analyze students' quality demands,which include their anticipated expectations when choosing the full-time professional master's education,their actual perception in each cultivation link of the full-time professional master's education,and their cognition of the full-time professional master's students' quality standard.Through the study,this dissertation comes to the major conclusions that:Firstly,“Which is more important between professional and academic?” Most students think the professional of full-time professional master's education is more important,which is in accordance with their external motivation of employment.Secondly,among the 20 full-time professional master's students interviewed,more than 2/3 students chose the professional master's education by the external driving force.And they expect to accumulate professional knowledge,enhance professional experience and cognitive,improve professional competence through the full-time professional master's education.Thirdly,students' perceived quality in course learning,professional practice and dissertation reflects satisfaction degree that the cultivation links meet their demands.They not not only affirm their own harvest in each cultivation link,but also point out the existing problems,and elaborate their ideal cultivation links,which represent their quality demands and provide realistic basis for school formulating various measure to meet the needs of the students.Fourthly,in students' opinion,the excellent full-time professional master's students have the following characteristics: rich professional knowledge,comprehensive personal ability,clear career planning,proficient career preparation,meet the requirements of the employers.As for the evaluation of full-time professional master's students,on the basis of meeting the basic requirements of graduation,evaluate students' professional practice comprehensively,focus the development of students' comprehensive ability and quality,as well as through the employment situation.Through the analysis of the value orientation of the full-time professional master's students,and their expectations and perception of the full-time professional master's education,this dissertation puts forward several countermeasures to meet the quality demands of students in the end of this paper.
