| Basketball is a combination of offense and defense,basketball competition is more and more intense,the value of transmission to us is also more and more high,in the practice of basketball,defensive technology in the continuous development,continuous attention,the world basketball power is the defense of basketball as a magic weapon to win the game.The defensive technology of each player as the basic of the overall defense,for the defensive strategy,defensive tactics to provide advance conditions,in the basketball play a vital role.It is because the defensive technology is poor,hindered the Chinese men's basketball team to the world's top teams.In the last two Olympic Games,the defensive technology of Chinese men's basketball is not ideal,the 30 th London Olympic Games in 2012,the Chinese men's basketball team ranked bottom,did not achieve a victory,the results ranked 12 of the Olympic Games.and the 31 st annual Rio Games in 2016,the Chinese men's basketball team is a 5-year-negative record of the end of the Olympic journey.the defensive quality is poor,Will directly affect the Chinese men's basketball achievements in the Olympic Games.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze and study the defensive techniques of Chinese men's basketball team in the last two Olympic Games.This article uses the literature data method,the video observation method,the expert interview method,the mathematical statistics method,the logical analysis method to the nearly two Olympic Games Chinese men's basketball defensive technology application present the various questions to carry on the inquiry,investigates its question root,solves the question effectively.The findings and conclusions are as follows:(1)Nearly two Olympic Games,in terms of losing points,China's defensive strength is weaker,to the opposing players exert less pressure,and the inside players to prevent timely,so that the Chinese team in the group to lose the most.(2)Nearly two Olympic Games,in defense of the other side of the shooting,the Chinese players show the pace of moving slowly,the inside of the association to prevent timely and other weaknesses.(3)Nearly two Olympic Games,the Chinese men's basketball defensive technology performance is not stable,among them the number of defensive rebounds and the number of shots of the technical application,the 30 th Olympic Games higher than the 31 st Olympic Games;In terms of steals and defensive fouls,the 30 th Olympic Games is lower than the 31 st Olympic Games.(4)The 30 th Olympic Games,the Chinese team in losing points,defending each other's shots,Rob defensive rebounds,steals the ball and other indicators with the opponent there is a big gap,and capping technology slightly higher than the opponent,(5)The 31 st Olympic Games,the Chinese men's basketball steals the ball and the CAP technology performance is relatively prominent,in defensive rebounds and fouls with the foreign team existence big disparity.(6)Whether it is personal defense technology,or the overall defensive ability is not offensive,with the opponent there is a certain gap.Following the development trend of modern basketball match and combining with the actual situation of defensive technology of Chinese basketball team,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the defensive technology of Chinese men's basketball:(1)Change the defensive concept,innovative defense technology.(2)Improve the physical and psychological quality of the players,pay attention to the training of reserve personnel.(3)Strengthen the sense of collective defense,focus on defense cooperation.(4)Strengthen exchanges with the world's top teams. |
