Although the benefits of physical exercise are widely known,but the number of collegiate students participating in physical exercise has declined year by year,The influence of physical education on extracurricular exercise has aroused the concern in recent years,and the mechanism of the context transfer is a problem that should be paid attention to in the exercise psychology.We should construct a reasonable theoretical model to promote the exercise of collegiate students from the point of view of physical education.Based on the theory of tripartite-efficacy theory and the TEPA,this paper attempts to explain the effect of the tripartite-efficacy in physical education on the extracurricular physical exercise of collegiate students through the efficacy transfer across context based on Bandura's self-efficacy theory.The model of collegiate students' exercise prediction.The longitudinal intervention of the model were tested.Study 1:Constructing the theoretical model of tripartite-efficacy on leisure time exercise based on the effect transfer,634 collegiate students were selected to participate in the revision of the questionnaire and the construction of the model.This Study divided PE self-efficacy into participation self-efficacy in physical education and learning self-efficacy.The results show that the model is well fitted,and the RISE is significantly correlated with the OSE and predict the learning self-efficacy.And the learning self-efficacy of physical education can be used to predict the exercise capacity self-efficacy and LTPA.The exercise capacity self-efficacy and exercise preparation self-efficacy is accounted for 27%and 14%,respectively.The extracurricular exercise is accounted for 41%.It shows that the model can be used as a prediction model for college students' exercise promotion,and research has laid a foundation for further intervention.Study2:Based on the model,65 participants were selected,and two intervention experiments were designed to examine the effect of interventions on the tripartite-efficacy of physical education and exercise capacity self-efficacy and extracurricular physical exercise.The result examined by analysis of covariance The results show that the intervention methods effectively improve the tripartite-efficacy and exercise capacity self-efficacy and the extracurricular exercise behavior.The main conclusions of this study are as follows:(1)The RISE of physical education is closely related to the OSE and positively influences the physical education skills learning self-efficacy and physical education participation self-efficacy.(2)The model can effectively predict the extracurricular exercise behavior of college students,that is,the improvement of the of the Tripartite-Efficacy physical education based on the skill learning.Through the exercise capacity,prepare the self-efficacy can promote the extracurricular exercise behavior.Exercise capacity self-efficacy is the most important predictor of extracurricular exercise.(3)Intervention can improve RISE,OSE and physical education skills learning self-efficacy,exercise capacity self-efficacy and exercise...
