Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Reserve Personnel Training For Hebei Amateur Shooting

The amateur shooting school is the initial stage of the professional shooting training team,which provides professional talents with strong practical ability and theoretical basis.The lack of experience of training amateur shooting school hasa direct impact on a training the professional teams.This study focus on the amateur shooting school and investigate its the current situation,identify shortcomings,and finally put forward some specific suggestions.This study used the literature,questionnaire,expert interview,Case analysisand Mathematical statistics to investigate the current situation of the amateur shooting school,shooting field,talent project key school training in Hebei Province.The contents included the management mechanism and mode,athletes and coaches levels,shooting hardware facilities and funds.And a case study of the status of club development with the same task but different modes of the amateur team.The conclusions are as follows:(1)the development of amateur shooting sports in different cities is not balanced.In some cities,the amateur shooting sports are very popular,however,the basic training facilities are not available in some cities.(2)the number of high level coaches is small and generally their training time is not fixed.The number of senior coaches in Hebei accounts for 25% of the total number of coaches,and the training time for these coaches also varies.Some amateur teams usually schedule a group meeting once half a year,even once a year.Even worse,some amateur teams never engage in coaches' learning activities.(3)the standard of choosing athletes is simple,and the promotion of shooting is poor from the top level The choosing method of different amateur shooting teams in Hebei is single and old-fashion.They are more likely to wait for the parents visiting the team or advertise in public schools.The amateur shooting teams usually lack of unified guidance for the selection of materials and the instruments testing.The selection is usually based on the subjective judgment of the coach with their experience.(4)The lack of investment funds and the old hardware facilities is key point.The training venues of all amateur shooting teams in Hebei province are not well constructed,and some of them have no regular training grounds.In addition,the installation of electronic targets is not very optimistic.Only Zhangjiakou is fully installed,which can be used as the competition venues.(5)The amateur shooting team lack of the scientific training mehtod,and there is no professional team guidance.In the daily training,coaches are based on their training experience to guide the team.However,before and after training activities are seldom used in the training courses,which is not good for athletics.Overall,the training team in Hebei province lacks of relevant professional guidance.In view of the above problems,suggestions are put forward:(1)the leadership should pay more attention to the final goal of shooting items in various cities and cities.The relevant programs should be formulated to help all shooting teams promote shooting sports.We should publicize the benefits of shooting sports to teenagers,popularize knowledge of shooting and stimulate the enthusiasm of the masses so as to increase the base of reserve talents.(2)regular training of professional coaches to promote exchanges among coaches.It is suggested that the relevant departments should issue a unified training material standard for Hebei amateur shooting coaches as soon as possible,and the standards should be refined.It is no longer a general training in past years.It is suggested that the placement system and the teaching of different projects should be more targeted.(3)widely publicize shooting movement,let shooting into the campus.From the cooperation of Hebei and the school shooting club,around the City Amateur shooting team can be considered in the primary school,middle school and shooting point,especially close to the school to focus on the development of cooperative relations,to promote compulsory school shooting,the coaches provide AIDS in teaching.(4)increase the input on the hardware facilities of the amateur shooting teams in various cities.It is suggested that the amateur shooting team combined with the latest site requirements standards,carry out self inspection,for the old and backward,unqualified venues and facilities for updating the advanced scientific instrument auxiliary contact suggested a bold attempt,the conditions allow for shooting team to provide.(5)assist the amateur shooting training with the help of the scientific research team.It is suggested that Hebei province amateur shooting team has set up its own scientific research team,dedicated to the amateur shooting team,to the city of fire research guidance,operation difficult,can help the superior department,apply for scientific research under the guidance of school staff,or to send staff to the city to go out to learn.
