Releasing the undergraduate teaching quality report is not only an effective way of responsing to the social accountability in colleges and universities,but also a important way of improving the teaching quality and management level.Recently,the publishment of accurate,comprehensive and specification of the undergraduate teaching quality report has become a system,also it is an important work of colleges and universities,as of Confucianism,is also worthy of study and discussion.Using text analysis,based on the released 35 universities in hunan province,which published the 2014 undergraduate teaching quality report in 2015 as the samples,study of the causes of the problems,so as to provide reference for the perfection of the undergraduate teaching quality report.The undergraduate teaching quality report has the function of information carrier,quality assurance,management supervision and education choice.But Undergraduate teaching quality report also has self-praise tendency,the text content grasp unprominent characteristics,the argument structure is not rigorous,too much attention to indirect inputs;using short sentences to explain problems,problems of interpretation is not in place,the lack of data support,the problem is not fully explained;short of data support,data need clarified.The main cause of the problem results from two aspects,which came from the government and the university.In order to improve undergraduate teaching quality report's quality,the education-related departments should put forward strict and clear requirements;urged universities to present problems;colleges and universities should improve undergraduate teaching quality and the quality of Undergraduate teaching quality report.
