With the deepening of reform and opening up and the continuous development of social economy,the demand for education is higher and higher,and the scale of vocational education is also expanding.Vocational education has become an important foundation of economic and social development.As an important driving force for social and economic development,more and more attention has been paid to the government and the community.In the increasingly modernized China,more and more people are required to apply the theories they have learned to practice production activities,and most of them are in Vocational and technical colleges.The vocational and technical education in our country aims at training higher technical and technical talents,and the teachers who have strong practical ability are the important guarantee for the realization of this goal.At the present stage of our teachers occupation colleges continues to expand the scale,especially in recent years the number of rapid development,but overall the number of teachers is still insufficient,the loss of teachers seriously,teacher identity of higher vocational education should be improved,teachers are not stable and many other problems,so how to effectively to improve the teachers' identity of higher vocational education,to prevent and reduce the loss of teachers,has become an urgent task in the relevant departments to solve.This paper mainly through the development of the status quo,the public colleges and private colleges occupation occupation occupation college student teacher ratio,the flow of teachers,title,teacher salaries,part-time teachers,teachers work and other aspects of comparative analysis,discusses the existing problems of teachers in higher vocational colleges,to seek a solution.This paper focuses on the existing problems of teachers in higher vocational colleges,based on analysis of the status quo analysis as the core,using the method of literature,survey method and comparative method are common to higher vocational colleges in China,seeking the root causes of problems and put forward corresponding solutions.The main work is as follows:(1)to study and investigate the current situation of public and private vocational colleges.The number of authoritative website data statistics of public and private colleges occupation school,the number of students(including students,enrollment number and the number of graduates),teachers and students and teacher,through a simple chart intuitively described in the schools,students and teachers in Colleges and universities as well as the development trend of the current occupation ratio of students to teachers the status quo of China's occupation colleges the.Preliminary understanding of the problems of teachers in vocational schools in China,determine the method of this study,and lay the foundation for the subsequent in-depth excavation of the problems existing in the teachers of Vocational colleges.(2)to study and analyze the current situation of the utilization of teachers in public and private vocational schools.By using the method of investigation and comparison method to analyze the current situation of teachers' use,respectively for their public colleges and private colleges occupation occupation of teachers,the scarcity of resources,the phenomenon of the loss of teachers of public occupation colleges,analyzed and summarized the reasons;to explain the special problems of private colleges are analyzed,aiming at.The problem of liquidity and loss of talents in private colleges teachers,part-time teachers and teachers team construction are analyzed from the outside to the inside,occupation colleges problems and reasons.(3)improving the utilization of teachers in public and private vocational schools.In view of the characteristics of the public and private vocational schools,the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve their teachers' utilization.
