Research On The Adaptive Development Of Vocational Education Under The Back Ground Of Yangquan City Economic Transition And Development

As a resource-based city,Yangquan lies in very pain period of the transformation of development mode.To achieve the sustainable development of economy,society and environment,and finally get rid of depending on natural resources,one of the most important strategies is to give full play to the subjective initiative,and develop human resources greatly.And the ultimate goal of vocational education is to provide the suitable talents,and develop the local economy.this is responsibility for the vocational education.The article focuses on Yangquan city.By the analysis of the present development situation,and existing problems of vocational education in Yangquan,combining"the 13~thh Five-Year plan"from regional areas and from the point of the future distribution of industrial cluster and regional co-development,I will analyze the basic characteristics of regional economy in the future,and explore in the process of economic transformation,vocational education how to keep up with the pace of the economy,and how to get to coordination between economic structure and professional structure for modern vocational education system to adapt to the social and economic transformation and industry adjustment requirements to provide the special talents who adapted to local developments for the local economic development.Specifically,an urgent problem of Yangquan vocational education that needs solving is how to grasp the development of vocational education goals,structure,innovation personnel training mode,and how to cultivate high-quality talents with high skill for local economic development to provide talent support for regional economy in Yangquan.In this paper,I use the survey method,case study method,and normative analysis method and so on to draw the conclusion that through the empirical analysis of the vocational education in Yangquan and regional economic coordinated development,I know the gap between the demand of social economy and the reality talent supply in Yangquan,and take vocational education development pattern and advanced theory in the successful cities on transformation of resources at home and abroad for reference.To seek for the combination of the local economy and vocational education from adjustment of layout structure,professionalSettings,teaching reform,provision of resources,position of running a school,governance,and which will provide policy Suggestions and countermeasures for promoting the development of vocational education.At present most of the resource-based cities in our country is in the period of the end of natural resources and the relative shortage of human resources development.The most important problem is the talented person's shortage in the economic transformation,which gives the vocational education a big challenge.By analyzing the development response of the vocational education which adapted to Yangquan economic ransformation and development path,,it also provides practical reference and theoretical support for the development of vocational education in other similar areas in China.
