Career education advocates that in the early stages of individual growth,students can acquire skills to earn a living as early as possible in terms of career cognition,career exploration and career preparation.The primary school stage is in the early stage of career development,and the object of education is the younger students with unique physiological and psychological characteristics,career education is supposed to choose proper aims,contents and enforcement mode to make reasonable assessments.In addition,with the help of the guidance and coordination of outside forces,such as school,parents,etc.,it is necessary to help pupils understand themselves,plan their studies,expand their life experience and understand their preliminarily.The career development of students lays the foundation for students' career development,and has an important positive influence on the lifetime growth and development of students.This research adopts the literature method,the investigation method and so on,investigates the implementation present situation of the primary school career education in Shijiazhuang city,discovers its existence question,and finds the reason where the problem lies,and explores the countermeasure to solve the problem.In order to ensure the implementation of primary education in Shijiazhuang city.This thesis mainly includes six parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly includes the questions raised,the significance of the research,the domestic and foreign literature review,the ideas and methods of the research,and the innovation points and so on.The second part is an overview of primary school career education,which includes the definition of relevant concepts,the theoretical basis of primary school career education,the determination of primary school career education goals,the principles of content selection and organization,the ways of implementation and evaluation,etc.The third part is the investigation of the current situation of primary school career education.In the early stage,the author designs the schemes,by using the questionnaire and interview method,taking the primary school high-grade students in Shijiazhuang city as the objects to have an understanding about Shijiazhuang city primary school career education implementation situation.The fourth part is an analysis of the problems and causes of primary school career education.Through investigation and analysis,the author finds out the existing problems: the lack of career education consciousness,the imperfect career education system,the imperfect security system,and so on,and analyzes the reasons.The fifth part is the suggestion to improve the present situation of primary school career education.According to the problems in the implementation process of primary school career education in Shijiazhuang city,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are putting forward,including: raising the understanding of career education,constructing a perfect career education system and forming a comprehensive guarantee system,in order to provide help and support for the smooth implementation of primary school career education in Shijiazhuang city.The sixth part is the conclusion.It summarizes the advantages and disadvantages of this study,putting forward a new vision,identifying the future direction of research.
