| With the development of educational reform and students’ personalities,the shortcomings of the one-size-fits-all teaching model have become more and more obvious,which makes it increasingly urgent to explore the mode of teaching that is suitable for students’ personalities and overall development.That is the teaching method of the stratified walking class in Yangzhong No.2 senior school.According to students’ learning interests and abilities in a certain subject,layered go class teaching is to divide students into several levels,based on not breaking the original fixed administrative class.But the other disciplines are still in the original administrative class.Compared with traditional teaching methods,teaching characteristics and advantages of hierarchical go class is to break the limitations of the traditional "system" in class teaching which can not only promote students’ strengths,but also make up for weaknesses.The detailed implementation procedure of the hierarchical walking class is the first step,to stratify the students and determine the levels of students.In the second step,the preparation team works together to make a case study for different levels of class.Third,students at different levels of biology class are at the corresponding level.Finally,the evaluation is carried out by stratification,and the advantages of each level of students are excavated.By high school second grade students biology curriculum for layered go after class teaching experiment found that layered go class teaching methods for students to improve performance,narrow the biological course grades polarisation has obvious help.In teaching practice,the role of the stratified teaching methods go class lies in: ascending biology study interest of students,enhance students’ learning self-confidence,improve the relationship between teachers and students at the same time.The present problem of it is the students’ psychological burden.Second,the workload of teachers has been increased.Thirdly,the teaching evaluation system still needs to be improved.Of the main causes of these problems are: hierarchical class teaching in school time is not long and teachers are also lack of corresponding teaching experience.Hence,firstly,we should focus on students’ thoughts on stratification and guide them timely.Secondly,we should make reasonable objects to improve the overall quality of teachers.Third,we should gain supports from all aspects. |
