A Study On The Distribution And Cultural Characteristics Of Wushu In Xuzhou

Xuzhou is a famous historical city who is respect literary and martial arts,and has more than 5000 years civilization.However,the academic study of Xuzhou Wushu is mostly about the status quo and some scattered edges,leading to the overall general situation and cultural characteristics of Xuzhou Wushu has been unable to show in front of people.So,it is important theoretical value and practical significance for Han culture and Wushu Culture in Xuzhou area to begin the field investigation of Xuzhou Wushu and then investigate the present distribution of Xuzhou Wushu and cultural characteristics.In this paper,it is used of literature review,interview,comparison and history etc by the author to research.This study concluded as follows:The first,in the territory of Xuzhou,mostly boxing are import from outside(Plum-blossom boxing is a special case),and no native local boxing.Now,there are 32 sorts of boxing in Xuzhou include Modern Wushu,number of boxing in various regions are relatively rich.Peixian County and Xuzhou City are both No.1,exists 29 sorts of boxing,account for 20% of the total.Followed by Fengxian County,exists 27 species,accounting for 19%.Once again,Xinyi City and Suining County tied for fourth.The last one is Pizhou city.According to the distribution of the status quo,the number of practicing people,and the highest level in aggregate,famous boxing in the territory of Xuzhou are Tai Chi,Hong boxing,Pictographic boxing and Plum-blossom boxing.The second,there are a lot of rare weapons in the territory of Xuzhou,according to the author’s field research,that there are at least 34.This kind of rare weapons in Xuzhou City and Peixian County exists 33 species,accounting for 27% of the total,tied for first place.Ranking second is Fengxian County,exists 31 species,accounting for26%.The remaining three areas rare weapon type only less,Suining County and XinyiCity are all 9 species,the total 7%,Pizhou City is 7 species,the total 6%.Among these weapons,double mace,Meteor hammer and spring and autumn broadsword exist at least in four areas,and distribution frequency is higher.The third,Xuzhou Wushu Association rely on strict system,and good integrityToday,the group members have registered 99,mainly includes five types of members.The ratio of Boxing Association ranked first,up to 41%,exists 40 species,Wushu school sort exists 28 species,accounting for 28%,Martial club exists 14 species,accounting for 14%,the administrative division of Wushu Association exists 11 species,accounting for 11%,large enterprises,groups and Colleges of Wushu institutions exists11 species,accounting for 6%.The fourth,There are more Wushu aristocratic family in the territory of Xuzhou.They are responsible to Ignite,expand,and continue the love of Wushu around people and village.The mostly concentrated in Fengxian County and Peixian County.Take Fengxian County as an example,now the most active is Shijia,whose well-known Martial is Xu`s Northern
